During this interactive session, you’ll learn and practice foundational skills from each of the four DBT modules:
Stay present and connected (Mindfulness)
Build awareness of what’s happening inside and between you.
Understand emotions and unmet needs (Emotion Regulation)
Name what you feel and respond with intention.
Pause and reset during conflict (Distress Tolerance)
Shift out of reactivity and return to calm more quickly.
Communicate with clarity and care (Interpersonal Effectiveness)
Express yourself honestly—without blame or shutdown.
